Our Commitment to Lasting Quality

We build cookware to be used, loved, and handed down. That's why many of our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or manufacturing
• Handles, rivets, and bonding failures under normal use
• Nonstick coating failures due to manufacturing defects (ceramic nonstick lines)

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
• Overheating, warping from empty heating, or metal-utensil scratches on nonstick surfaces
• Commercial or restaurant use
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs

How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Before submitting, please ensure the item has been cleaned and cared for according to our care guidelines.

Care Requirements

To keep your warranty valid, we recommend:

• Hand-washing ceramic nonstick when possible, or using the top rack of the dishwasher
• Avoiding metal utensils on nonstick surfaces
• Seasoning cast iron after each use and drying thoroughly
• Using low to medium heat for nonstick cookware

Paid Repair for Accidental Damage

If your item is damaged through accident or misuse and is outside warranty coverage, contact us anyway. We may be able to offer a discounted replacement or paid repair service so you can get back to cooking without paying full price.
